Sleeve pattern

When cone has been rolled and glued to

make the sleeve, insert a piece of PlayMais

for a hand. Now make a fold about 1cm down

from the narrow end. Glue or tape this section

to the body, leaving the sleeve free to stick out.

Surplice

Cut from a paper doily and glue round the body.

Make slits at the sides through which to insert

tabs of the sleeves/arms.

Finish the neck with a paper frill.
